At X-All, we want you to love your home. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your X-All account and select the items you wish to return from your order history to generate a return authorization number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all hardware, instruction manuals, and protective styrofoam are included.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your email to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned home goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
